1. Introduction

Welcome to Yuum Pizza! These terms and conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and regulations for using our website and ordering services offered through www.yuumpizza.com.

By accessing this site or placing an order, you accept these terms in full.

2. Use of the Website

  • You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
  • All information provided during checkout must be accurate and complete.
  • Unauthorized use of this website may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offense.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All prices are inclusive of applicable GST and are listed in INR.
  • Orders must be prepaid through accepted payment methods (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Wallets).
  • Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Refunds are only issued if the order is undelivered or incorrect.

4. Delivery

  • Yuum Pizza delivers within select serviceable areas in India.
  • Estimated delivery time is provided, but delays may occur due to high demand, bad weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • If you’re unavailable at the delivery address at the time of delivery, we may consider the order as delivered and no refund will be issued.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • If the delivered item is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 hours.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

6. Offers & Promotions

Please refer to individual terms specified for each offer. Multiple offers cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on www.yuumpizza.com including text, images, and logos is the property of Yuum Pizza and is protected by copyright laws. You may not use or reproduce it without permission.
